Search Process

Each assignment begins with extensive research to identify comparable companies and prospective management candidates. We also obtain client consensus on the position’s specifications, reporting relationships, proposed compensation parameters, and a profile of the candidate’s salient personal and professional characteristics. We then develop and begin execution of the search plan. This phase of an assignment is comprised of telephone and in-person interviews, reference checks, compensation package negotiations, and various other supporting services. We elicit client feedback throughout the search process.
