Founded in 1999, Dragonswood has conducted and completed over one hundred and twenty five retained executive searches. We serve clients in the following fields and industries: Private Equity, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, Healthcare, Banking, IT, Oil and Gas. Moreover, Dragonswood has conducted over one hundred subject matter expert searches for our private equity and investment banking clients.

POSITION PROFILE:

The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative and collegial individual with a knack for research. Candidates will participate in identifying, originating, analyzing, closing and monitoring of all executive search and subject matter expert searches. Candidates should have a minimum one year of research experience and possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Must have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Candidates will develop target lists of sources, generate original research and conduct or manage in-house and online database inquiry via Dragonswood’s resources. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus as well as previous HR experience. There will be cold calling in this positon.

Other duties and functions include but are not limited to the following: Execute telephone screening and sourcing to identify potential candidates; Conduct telephone interviews to qualify prospective candidates; Assist in managing client relationships engagements and projects; Provide research on highly confidential information; Correspond with a high-profile executives communicating via email and phone; assist in marketing initiatives.

Candidates must be college graduates.
