Each assignment begins with extensive research to identify comparable companies and prospective management candidates. We also obtain client consensus on the position’s specifications, reporting relationships, proposed compensation parameters, and a profile of the candidates salient personal and professional characteristics. We then develop and begin execution of the search plan. This phase of an assignment is comprised of telephone and in-person interviews, reference checks, compensation package negotiations, and various other supporting services. We elicit client feedback throughout the search process.
